how bad is it if you dont wear proper hijab?

I wear hijab and always try and wear long skirts and tops etc you know…just basically try to wear proper hijab. but sometimes i like to wear baggy pants and stuff when I go to places that require more practical clothing e.g. playing footy in the park with my girls or going Horse Riding (not very hijabee of me i know )etc etc how bad is this?
