Is 70 acres enough for a good riding facility?

My family is going to start a Horse business
We plan on:
Selling/leasing horses
Training
lessons
Selling equipment and tack
boarding
having a summer day camp
trail riding
and we may even race horses

I would say that would be fine for everything, as long as you do not want an extensive trail system. As for the conditioning track- I have no clue how big that is, but everything else should be fine on that acreage. Figure you are probably going to have to cut down at least 30-40 for pastures, barn, arenas, and house. Even more for a parking lot. A lot depends on how many pastures you want, how big the barn is, and how many horses are staying there.
