Heavy Breathing In My Horse help!!?

Ok i have a 25 year old mare (REALLY GOOD SHAPE BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING ABOUT HER AGE) i worked Her pretty good yesterday, everytime she started getting winded ( she always does shes out of shape from not being rode for so long) i would rest her and jump on her again.
but today i walked her over to the tack shed and she was winded!! i had no saddle on her i was not on her but she was out of breath. whats does this mean and is it serious?
i forgot its only when i walk her or move her around she gets winded and really warm, she does not have a tempature, she does have a little clear snot but that’s normal when its cold out i think. and shes eating and drinking good.

Animals will eat and drink even when sick, it’s survival instinct. They don’t stop eating until it’s at the end. She may have pneumonia, call a vet.
